Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes, from your billing dashboard. An upgrade is prorated and takes effect immediately. On a downgrade you keep your current features until the billing period ends, and your usage allowances move to the lower plan straight away.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise is custom, by conversation, and payment terms are agreed there.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
Storage is the only limit that bills over, at $0.10 per GB beyond the plan allowance. Emails, workflow runs, webhook deliveries, web push and monthly active users are hard allowances: they stop at the limit rather than adding a charge. Monthly allowances reset every month whatever the interval.

Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and no credit card is required. There is no free plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Yearly billing is ten months for twelve, and quarterly is about 10% off monthly. Every plan offers all three.
What counts as an app?
Each organization you create in the BuildBase console is its own app, with its own users, data, configuration and plan. Plan limits - monthly active users, workspaces, storage and team members - apply per organization.
